If you’re not satisfied with your product or simply wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt following the process below.
Email our customer care team at email@example.com to start the refund process. Or simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you wish to exchange an item, email us to order the new size.
Indicate on our return and exchange form which item you wish to return and why. You can find this form in the original parcel.
Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return/exchange in the original packaging.
For your convenience we will arrange the package pick up and inform you of the pick-up time and date.
Once we receive the package, we will confirm receipt by email and evaluate your returned item.
All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase). Your exchange item will be dispatched immediately.
