Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days, returning or exchanging items is free of charge. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Refunds 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one business day.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Regular items 

    Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately customised items (such as custom made lengths or items embroidered with your initials ) cannot be refunded.

    Returns and/or exchanges 

    After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return and/or exchange the item(s) free of charge. For your convenience we will send our carrier to pick up the parcel. Please send us an email at hello@silkbynancy.com to start the refund process.     Shipping (International)

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your total order, and what country your order is being shipped to. Please be informed that your order will be shipped from the Netherlands. The exact amount of shipping costs is calculated at check out. Orders above €250,- enjoy free shipping.

    If you’re not satisfied with your product or simply wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt following this process.

    Please note that deliveries can take up to 14 days after we have successfully received your payments. All items are handmade and therefore, may take some time to get to you. Also your local customs office can hold your package for longer.
